From first contact to the finish, Sony communicated effectively about what was involved, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Sony was a thorough, professional, careful, and clear communicator. He was easy to book and schedule a time. He was very careful with the place of his ladder, harnesses and cleaning equipment based on the design of our home. I was thrilled when I looked at the before and after photos and the massive difference in the panels.

Sony did a great job on our solar panels. They were starting to grow a lot of lichen on them but he cleaned it all off and they look better than new. Great communication, on time and friendly service. Highly recommend.
